Refund Policy

Edyllic Technologies., creator of the Uncapped subscription service, provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of the purchase of your Uncapped subscription, you may cancel your account by emailing jack@getuncapped.app

2. If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a refund by contacting the jack@getuncapped.app – refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial signup.

3. The Guarantee is for 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for canceled accounts as a matter of policy.

4. After the initial 30-day window expires, Uncapped will continue to charge you at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account.

5. You will get a receipt via email for each purchase.

6. Partial refunds for amounts less than a full month membership will not be provided.

7. Our guarantee policy applies only to new members who have not tried the service before.
